TRI is Sheffield’s new benchmark in physical and mental evolution through exertion.
A TRI session will consist of 33% high intensity interval training on the treadmills, 33% resistance training on the floor and 33% high intensity floor work training/pad work. The other 1%? Well, we might let you rest.
You’ll work with dumb-bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettle-bells, Grapple bags and good old bodyweight. Choose the class format to suit you, all with music playlists to maximise your workout...and help mask your screams.
45 minutes of maximum burn for your legs, back and glutes. Jump, lunge and sweat your way to buns of steel and monster quads. And don’t forget the cardio work…we won’t.
An intense 45 minute session working your back, chest and shoulders. We’ll make every minute (and muscle) count so you’ll feel like you’ve had a fortnight at the gym.
