To make sure you’re hitting every session as hard as possible, we use MyZone fitness monitors to stream your heart rate and exertion in real time.
Your trainer can see when you’re smashing it, and when you’re slacking off too, and the app lets you record your workout so you can check in later.
Coloured intensity zones move from yellow to red when you’re reaching your maximum. It’s the scientifically proven sweet spot that burns up fat for up to 24 hours after a session.
Go all out, and you can lose 700-1000 calories per session. A steadier pace might burn 300-500. Either way, serious effort means serious results.
