The SWEAT BAND 1.0 utilises ANT+ and Bluetooth 4.0 technology to track your heart rate data throughout your session. You can see your metrics on our in-studio displays or within the workout function of the SWEAT app if training at home. All workout data is stored in your personal profile on the app.

You’ll earn the most points when your heart is really pumping, in the SWEAT Zone and the red zone, but we recommend trying to spend at least 15-minutes per session in the SWEAT Zone where your training is most efficient.
