Wear the SWEAT BAND 1.0 for every class to see calories burned, SWEAT Points earned and time spent in the SWEAT Zone, where your training is most efficient. The band connects seamlessly with our in-studio displays and the new SWEAT app so you can see your data, in the session and out of it.
The SWEAT BAND 1.0 utilises ANT+ and Bluetooth 4.0 technology to track your heart rate data throughout your session. You can see your metrics on our in-studio displays or within the workout function of the SWEAT app if training at home. All workout data is stored in your personal profile on the app.

Say hello to SWEAT Points. Based on your effort level, you’ll earn SWEAT Points in every session and in every heart-rate zone. You’ll earn the most points when your heart is really pumping, in the SWEAT Zone and the red zone, but we recommend trying to spend at least 15-minutes per session in the SWEAT Zone where your training is most efficient. SWEAT Points are the best way to track your progress. Plus, rewards and challenges coming soon!
