45-Minute TRIB3 HIIT

Our signature 45-minute workout where you push across three training zones, targeting cardiovascular capacity and calorie burn. Every session, your coach will guide you through the TRI training system:

  1. Treadmill – You’ll combine speed, resistance and incline on our treadmills.
  2. Resistance – The perfect blend of strength exercises and functional movements.
  3. Intensity – Jump on our Air Bikes and challenge yourself, engaging up to 80% of your muscles.

A fully connected experience powered by our SWEAT Bands — track your heart rate live, every session.

STRENGTH

45-minute coach-led sessions designed to build muscular endurance and increase your strength through progressive overload and time under tension.
