Led by our awesome coaches, our at-home sessions are streamed live daily on Instagram with the workout-of-the-day available to download here. TRIB3 at Home is free for everyone to take part in, all you need to do is follow us on Instagram.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

We train together but you set your level.

TRIB3 at Home workouts are built around body-weight exercises although you can add weights if you have them. We also include progressions and regressions for each movement so if you want to kick it up a notch or need to reduce the impact of an exercise we’ve got you covered. Either way, it’s a full body workout with guaranteed results.

How do I take part?

Join us on Instagram to follow along in real-time with our live coach-led workouts. Can’t make it? Don’t worry, you can access the video for up to 24 hours on our story or head to our TRIB3 AT HOME platform to access to over 30 home workouts, anywhere, anytime.

Plus, additional live sessions designed around what you’re telling us you want to see. From at-home challenges to weighted workouts and technique workshops, evening sessions are designed to complement your morning workout.

Why was TRIB3 at Home created?

At the moment, it’s important that our studios across the world remain closed and we all stay at home, to keep ourselves and others safe. Here at TRIB3 we take that responsibility very seriously. But we’re also very passionate about keeping you and our communities fit and active, especially as we can’t see you for studio-sessions for now. That’s why we’ve worked with our team of awesome coaches to create daily workouts, using the high intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques, which anyone can take part in.
