We say jump, you decide how high. At TRIB3 we recognise that this is your workout, and we guide you every step of the way. Our expert coaches will help take the ultimate group workout and make it personal to you. We train together but you set your level, we’ll just be there to help you reach your best - whether you’re a first-timer or a workout warrior.
Workout & Programming Variety
TRIB3’s unique combination of cardio, strength, and conditioning exercises ensures a balanced workout. Our studios are split into three zones – T.R.I:
Treadmills - combining sprints, incline and endurance-based running.
Resistance - push, pull and move free weights in this floor-based training zone.
Intensity – tackle the Air Bikes - this zone is all about maximum effort.
On top of our T.R.I training system, TRIB3 offers a variety of different workouts to give you the results you want:
Total Body - exactly what it says on the tin - no muscle left untouched.
Upper + Core - engage your arms, chest, shoulders, back and abs.
Lower Body - squat, lunge and deadlift your way through the Resistance Zone.
Tracked & Measured Fitness Progress
TRIB3 is an experience but also a science. During our sessions you can track your workout in real-time, keeping track of your heart rate and calories burnt throughout. Wearing your SWEAT Band or connecting your Apple Watch in every workout tracks the number of workouts you’ve completed and the SWEAT Points you’ve earned. Your SWEAT Points can then be redeemed in our TRIB3 App for a variety of rewards.
