TRIB3 Global Expanding the B.I.G. Way

TRIB3 (HIIT) Studios and PILAT3S (Dynamic Reformer) continue to expand with Boutique-in-Gym (B.I.G.) models, which integrate boutique studios within existing gym brands.

The B.I.G. model has already been proven successful in Amsterdam with the Urban Gym Group (UGG), where TRIB3 studios have been incorporated into TrainMore gyms, and PILAT3S into Clubsportive. UGG elected to include unlimited access to these boutique offerings in their membership fees as part of their strategy to add value to their membership further building around their central proposition of “Train More, Get More”.

In addition to the competitive advantage from an enhanced member experience and increased member lifetime value, the studios are also available to purchase for aggregators and non-members resulting in new revenue streams and profit centres. This flexibility makes the PILAT3S B.I.G. a particularly appealing model.

In Portugal, the recent launch of a PILAT3S B.I.G. at Holmes Place in Porto has gained rapid traction, showcasing the model’s broad appeal, effectiveness across different markets and success with a different hybrid business model. Holmes Place is offering limited access to the dynamic reformer boutique with increased access available through their Premium Membership Plans and through add-on services. The additional revenue streams are making for a rapid return on investment in addition to enhancing the exclusive status of a Holmes Place membership.

Encouraged by the success in Porto, Holmes Place announced earlier this week the opening of the first TRIB3 studio in Portugal within its Oeiras Club. This new B.I.G. is a milestone in TRIB3's expansion and marks the beginning of a significant growth in the Portuguese market.
