SWEAT Points are our custom-built performance metric, powered by TRIB3’s heartrate technology. Instead of comparing ability, SWEAT Points reflect your individual effort during each workout. The harder you push - especially when you spend time in our SWEAT Zone - the more points you earn. This creates a level playing field where every TRIB3R is rewarded for showing up and doing their best. Instead of comparing ability, SWEAT Points reflect your own effort. 

How to Earn SWEAT Points
  • Wear your TRIB3 SWEAT Band to track your metrics in real time.
  • Spend at least 15 minutes in the SWEAT Zone - this is typically enough to trigger meaningful afterburn and achieve your SWEAT Medal.
  • The more time you stay in this zone, the more SWEAT Points you earn!.
